The Fluff Wagon lives!

Today we finally got to do more work on Fluff Wagon, the 20+-year-old cyan Honda hatchback that's going to take my friends, my fursuits (but due to a change of plans, probably not me) to MidFur X. Today was very significant because we got the Fluff Wagon's engine running for the first time. She should only need one more day of work and a service to be ready for a roadworthy certificate.

Wow, you've changed your look a bit. =:)

I wonder how much it'd cost to hire out a complete train carriage for a private party en route to a con..

Yes, it's all the stress of the new job. I was worried it would age me prematurely.

that's cool though you look so much like einstein now, an engine and physics should be no problem!

Looks like a cool car!

I used to have a Jaguar much like the one parked next to that blue car. Loved that Jag :-)

You've got a penchant for prestige cars don't you? I'm quite fond of Jaguars as well (though Ristin tells me they're not very reliable) but the car next to the Honda is in fact a Daimler. At first look I took it for a Jaguar too.

Pirate car, he he he... is it really going to be safe to drive??

That's been Ristin's concern, so I have to address it seriously. An experienced mechanic has been helping us (in fact, that was him revving the engine in the video) and it can't go on the road without a roadworthy certificate.

So, safe as houses. (Sorry, I just couldn't resist throwing a pirate reference in there.)
