Swapping Chrome and Safari

I have an arrangement whereby I do my main web browsing in Chrome and my secondary browsing (eg, using alternate accounts) in Safari, and Firefox sits in the corner. I've been thinking of swapping Chrome and Safari because of Safari's better integration with Mac OS X Lion. I can find equivalent extensions for Safari for most things, except for LiveJournal. Not surprising, really, as LiveJournal was never a big player and even less so now. I need something that can do the same as the (unimaginatively named) LiveJournal Extension. Really, the only part of that extension I use is its ability to put pluses against LJ cuts so I can view what is under the cut as part of my main stream. Nobody knows of anything, do they?

I gave up on Firefox after 3.6, so about 7 versions ago. Haven't looked back since. :-)
