Rattus's Exercise Video--redux

Are any of you familiar with YouTube? I've also put up a version of Rattus's video on YouTube, but it doesn't seem to show up on any search I do. What gives? Does it take time before it shows up in their search results? It's had 7 views so far which is pretty good considering no one can find it.

By the way, for those who are interested, the video on Google Video has been re-edited to make it shorter--the arm circles exercise was dragging on for too long.

EDIT: It shows up in searches now. I guess it just takes a few days for the index to update? Hopefully this is one of the things that will get fixed now that Google have bought them.

Gotta hand it to you -- that's impressive. If I tried to exercise in fursuit, I'd heat up way too quickly.

I didn't do the whole set in one go like you're supposed to. I took breaks after one or two exercises to give myself a chance to cool down again.

We did a quick yoga class at work on Friday, with the possibility of more to come next year. It would be a good opportunity to show off how flexible I and the suit are.

Cute. :) I gotta say, you've got excellent movement in suit.

And "caterpillars" and "burpies"? I've never heard of those. Maybe it's an Aussie thing.

"Caterpillars" are supposed to be called "rockers". Somehow we got to be calling them that instead and the name just stuck. The exercise routine came from our housemate broc_dresdroth, who was taught it by an undergrad lecturer on biochemistry (he liked his course to be very practical).
