It was more a query than anything? Is that what is supposed to happen to this video you linked to?

Well, the video I linked to in this post is my own and hopefully nothing will happen to it. I'm guessing you mean the previous post, and I think that's about right. Google staff will pick through them once the competition closes on the 13th of August (they must be very patient!) and then compile the finished product. In the meantime, I get my nine seconds of fame and I'm very happy. ^_^

Nice. ^^ Google Video has stopped working for me a while ago, but with some trickery, I was still able to watch it.

On a side note, just out of curiosity, have you gotten any visitors from Wikipedia yet? I just checked, and the links have definitely stayed up there. :)

Yes, they have, and I've been getting hits from them, though strangely more from the wallaby page than the entry on kangaroos. Are Google Video still playing those childish games? How did you get around it? I'm thinking I should move them over to YouTube but I wanted to keep my kangaroo and fursuit stuff segregated and spare my kangaroos ads.

No, it's not that "this service is not available in your country yet" dreck anymore... that stopped a long time ago, fortunately. In fact, it did work for the longest time, but something about the pages is messing up my browser nowadays.

On the other hand, the search results for videos now allow you to watch videos inline on the search results page without going to the video page itself, and that did work. ^^

Interesting that there's more people coming in from the wallaby page, too, BTW; but that one doesn't have any other external links, so I suppose people may simply be more likely to click that. On the kangaroo page, it's the last link out of five, so...
