I took a walk around the city this morning, and got to take a few shots.

That's a cute rat toy :-) Also from the look of the graffiti, I believe that Rob Paulsen would be pleased :-D

Brisbane City Council is the 3rd tier government for the City of Brisbane. Commonwealth (Foreign Affairs, Military etc) - State (Education Health etc) - LGA Shires, Cities etc (Dog catchers, garbage collection, secondary roads and smaller, sewerage etc).

Brisbane City Council arose out of an amalgamation of 20-odd more normally sized cities and shires almost a century ago, has a population of something like 1,000,000 people, and an budget comparable to many small nations.
