Gaming frenzy

Went off to help celebrate silverfurwolf's birthday. Went off and had dinner at this fancy restaurant that was part of the Southport Sharks Club (Silverfur had a coupon for a free dinner because he does fursuiting for them.). We could tell it was fancy because it took so long to get served. Then it was a toss up between seeing a movie and playing games at a video games parlour. The group decided on games. I don't go in much for video games, but I found out again I'm good at racing games (I came second once!) but crap at Laser Hunt. I came last (badly in the negative) and lost the gel ink pens I won in another game. :( Had to crash at a friend's place; I only got home half an hour ago.

In my experience there are two factors to how 'fancy' an eating place is.

One is as you mentioned the length of time it takes you to get served, and the other is that the meal size is inversely proportional to the its price.
